A resident of Manchester, Ms. Needham, holds a BA cum laude from Suffolk University, Boston, MA as well as a Paralegal Certificate. Within the Insurance industry, she has earned designations as an Associate in Claims and a Certified Risk Manager. Ms. Needham has over ten years experience in the insurance field including insurance defense for a Boston law firm; claims adjusting and management; account management and marketing new business for a large national broker.
